Return/Refund Policy
Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

Digital downloads (e.g., presets, themes, artwork): No refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Masks: No cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Platform Fees on Approved Refunds

For any order where cancellation/refund is approved, 4% platform fee + applicable GST will be deducted from the refund.
Return Window & Conditions (Physical Products only)
We’ll gladly accept a return within 24 hours of delivery if you’re not satisfied (fit, preference, etc.).
To qualify, all of the below must be met:

You email us within 24 hours of delivery.

The item is unused, in perfect condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

You include a copy of the payment receipt or order invoice.

Original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Note: You are responsible for return shipping and any onward shipping charges for cancelled/exchanged orders. If you exchange and add another purchase, we’ll ship the replacement back free.
Important Shipping Note
Until the item is received and inspected by us, it is your responsibility. Please use a trackable shipping method.
How to Request a Return/Refund (Physical Products)

Email: Send the exact reason for return/refund to help@qubesys.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Ship Back to us, contact us on help for address.

Inspection & Processing: Once received and verified brand new/unused, we will process the refund within 48 working hours.

Refund Method: Email your bank details or UPI ID to help@qubesys.com.

Deductions: A ₹100 shipping/handling charge will be deducted from the refund. (Additionally, where applicable, 4% platform fee + GST will be deducted on approved cancellations/refunds.)
Exchanges
Before you ship, please email us to confirm size availability. If your requested size isn’t in stock, we can suggest an alternative design or work out another arrangement.
