Exchange Policy

How Do I Exchange My Product(s)?

  • Customers can request an exchange or return within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Items must be in unused condition, with all original tags attached and packaging intact.

  • To initiate the process, please email us. You will receive an email confirmation once your request has been logged.

 

Exchange & Return Policy

  • As we currently do not have a reverse pickup facility, customers are required to ship the product(s) back to us at their own cost.

  • Please ensure items are securely packed to avoid damage or loss during transit. For the return address, kindly email us.

  • Once we receive your package and complete all necessary quality checks, we will refund the product amount to your bank account via UPI or online transfer.

  • Refunds for shipping or COD charges are not applicable.

  • Please ensure your courier costs remain within reasonable limits.

Important Notes

  • International orders are not eligible for return/exchange unless an incorrect product has been delivered.

  • Defective products do not need to be shipped back unless specifically confirmed by our Customer Care team. If you receive a defective item, please email images to help@qubesys.com and we’ll assist you further.

  • For combo packs, partial returns are not accepted. The entire pack must be returned.
