Exchange Policy
How Do I Exchange My Product(s)?

Customers can request an exchange or return within 24 hours of delivery.

Items must be in unused condition, with all original tags attached and packaging intact.

To initiate the process, please email us. You will receive an email confirmation once your request has been logged.
Exchange & Return Policy

As we currently do not have a reverse pickup facility, customers are required to ship the product(s) back to us at their own cost.

Please ensure items are securely packed to avoid damage or loss during transit. For the return address, kindly email us.

Once we receive your package and complete all necessary quality checks, we will refund the product amount to your bank account via UPI or online transfer.

Refunds for shipping or COD charges are not applicable.

Please ensure your courier costs remain within reasonable limits.
Important Notes

International orders are not eligible for return/exchange unless an incorrect product has been delivered.

Defective products do not need to be shipped back unless specifically confirmed by our Customer Care team. If you receive a defective item, please email images to help@qubesys.com and we’ll assist you further.

For combo packs, partial returns are not accepted. The entire pack must be returned.
